Payment – Can I buy online?

Pay easily and securely through the online shop with PayPal. You can either sign in with an existing PayPal account, or simply pay with your usual credit or debit card. In addition, with PayPal’s advanced fraud protection policy and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, you can shop with confidence, knowing that sensitive data such as credit card details and purchase history are securely encrypted.

Delivery Costs – How much do you charge for postage?

Delivery is charged according to the value of your order – please see the table below. Free delivery is offered with orders totalling over £100.

Delivery Overseas – Do you send parcels abroad?

Unfortunately at the moment, we are only offering standard shipping to the UK. Please keep checking back with us though as we are hoping this may change in the near future.

Delivery Method – How and when are orders despatched?

All products are made to order, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Although we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, if you need your order in time for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do what we can to help.

Smaller items including cards, buttons, prints and stationery packs are usually sent by First Class Royal Mail, whilst bags, cushions and canvases are usually despatched by courier. Many deliveries will require a signature, so where possible, we recommend parcels are sent to a work address where someone will be avaliable to receive the delivery.

Returns – What is your Returns and Cancellation policy?

If you are not completely happy with the products you have chosen, you may return or exchange them, within 28 days of receipt, using the returns form supplied with your order. Please notify us in writing at hello@jennyarnott.co.uk before returning any goods to us. In addition, please make sure that products are returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

We recommend that you return items to us using either a Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service. Please ask the Post Office or courier for proof of posting for your returned item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that we can only reimburse returned postage costs if an item is faulty. Unfortunately we cannot accept goods back that have been damaged during cleaning.

Handmade Products – Will I receive the exact item pictured on the website?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products being made to order by hand, occasionally there may be very slight variations between the product you receive and the one on screen, although they will always be extremely similar.

Care Instructions – How should I look after my purchase?

Due to the delicate mix of fabrics used to make our cushions and bags, they should be hand washed very carefully in cool water. Textile items should be dried flat, away from direct sunlight. Canvases are laminated with a satin finish and can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
